How Do I Log On for my Appointment?
To log on for your appointment go to the Services tab and click “Start Virtual Appointment”. Please be timely. Your timeliness can affect many others downstream.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
To reschedule your appointment simply go to the website and request a new appointment. Just jot a note in the request to let me know you are rescheduling.
To cancel your appointment, simply leave a message on the voicemail at 470-419-5859.
24 hours’ notice is requested if you are unable to make your appointment time.
What is virtual appointment etiquette?
The benefit of virtual appointments is that you can attend your appointment from a comfortable environment. Please remember that we have to be on video and maintain an environment of respect and confidentiality.
Please be fully dressed (your home clothing is fine) and in a closed, private room. Only those participating in the appointment should be present.
It is fine to take an appointment from your car, as long as your are safely parked.
